Ross E. Van der Linden
Managing Director
Ross is a Managing Director with Fusion Advisory Partners, Inc. Focusing primarily on the corporate credit asset management universe, he joined Fusion after spending 11 years at Wachovia Capital Markets, where he was a Director in the financial institutions group.
Ross began his investment banking career at First Union Securities in 1998 as a member of the emerging assets group of the asset securitization division, focusing on collateralized loan obligations, or CLOs. For the next six years, he focused on all aspects of the fund-raising process, including structuring, underwriting, marketing and origination for collateralized loan obligation issuers. From January 2004 to 2007, he moved to spearhead the marketing and origination effort of the corporate synthetic group. In mid-2007, he moved into the financial institutions group within the investment bank in order to focus on advising asset managers on strategic alternatives and the divestiture of their management businesses.
Ross received his bachelor's degree in economics from the Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va.
