Laurie Perper
Managing Director
Laurie Perper is a Managing Director with Fusion Advisory Partners, Inc. Focusing primarily on Fusion Solutions restructuring and consulting services, she joined Fusion after spending more than 25 years in financial services spanning leverage finance/syndications, work-outs/special situations, distressed debt trading, private equity fundraising, asset securitization and asset-based lending.
Laurie joined Lehman Brothers in January 2005 as a Senior Vice President in the leveraged finance group. She came to Lehman Brothers to establish the leveraged finance execution group, a joint venture between the leverage finance origination team and loan capital markets. Laurie's primary responsibility was the structuring, negotiating and execution of the group's high-yield loans and bridges. Prior to joining Lehman, Laurie established a similar group at Goldman Sachs. The earlier part of her career was spent at ING and JP Morgan Chase.
Laurie received her bachelor of arts degree in politics/economics from Princeton University.
