Dutch Horchem

Dutch is the Chief Operating Officer at Fusion Advisory Partners, Inc. and is responsible for the firm's broker-dealer operation. Prior to joining Fusion, he was the Chief Operating Officer of McCann Partners, a retainer-based financial institutions executive search firm.

Dutch has been involved in management consulting to financial institutions since 1999 and has worked across the investment banking, asset management, securities services, insurance and risk consulting sectors. His engagement experience includes an array of bulge bracket and boutique clients based in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Prior to becoming a consultant, he was a cash management analyst for an international brokerage clearinghouse. Dutch began his career in financial services at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in the financial industry studies group.

Dutch holds a master's of business administration degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University, a bachelor of arts degree in economics and art history from the University of the South in Tennessee, and an international baccalaureate from the United World College of the Adriatic in Trieste, Italy. He is also a member of the Family Business Association and the Emerging Markets Association. His volunteer experience includes non-profit arts organizations in London, Dallas and New York.
